It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Carol Ross of Splendora, Texas, who passed away on October 20, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Ross and Francis Payne; her husband Billy Ray Young Sr.; her siblings, Harold Ross, Jimmy Ross, Tinker Jackson and Linda Bradswell; her grandson Tyler Young; her children, Peggy Young, Billy Ray Young (Missy), Melinda Berry (Mark) and Shawn Young (Sarah); her grandchildren, Cody, Devin, Mason, Logan, Krista, Skyler, Payge, Kade, Emma, Evan and Nova; her siblings, Becky Scott (Joe), Pete Ross and Ronnie Ross; and her nephew Jeff. She was also cherished by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
