She was predeceased by: her parents, James Rumfield and Mary Rumfield; her husband Kenneth E. Orr Sr.; and her siblings, George Rumfield, Deborah Waldon and Kathleen Talbert.
She is survived by: her sister Alana Perkins; her children, Kenneth E. Orr Jr. (Ashley) and Amanda Woodard (Richard); her grandchildren, Leslie Outland, Sommer Tullos, Daniel, Kathleen, Caitlyn, Kendra, Dominick, Noah, Grace, Stormie, Erin, Austin and Kenzie; and her great grandchildren, Marshal and Sadie.
