He is survived by: his wife Trish Johnson; his children, Darrell James Johnson (Tiffany), Jenni Musick (Scott) and Jami Steger (Joel); his grandchildren, Riley Johnson, Rowan Johnson, Hannah Musick and Claire Musick; his sisters, Jeanette Douglas (Paul), Katherine Mitton (Brian), Pat Smith, Barbie Machacek (Danny) and Donna Wade (David); and his sisters-in-law, Debbie Baack (Sammy), Vicki Kline (Mark), Kathi Phillips (Bobby) and Rhonda Snyder (Don). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, many great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
