It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edna Ruth Boyett (Splendora, Texas), born in Oak Grove, Louisiana, who passed away on April 11, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Earl F. Boyett; and her parents, Isaac Davis and Nora Davis. She is survived by: her children, Nathan Boyett of Mt. Hermon, Louisiana, Lynn McElveen (Patrick) of Mt. Hermon, Joy Boyett of Mt. Hermon and Vickie Allums (Kris) of Splendora, Texas. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
