He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Clifton Tullis and Pearl Mae Newman Tullis; and his siblings, David, William, James Tullis, Jenny Shepherd and Doris Magyer.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Tullis (Lester); and his children, Glenn Ray Tullis, Steven Charles Tullis (Brenda) and Terri Lyn Thurman (John). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; other loving nieces, nephews, family, and treasured friends.
