He is survived by: his wife Rhoda Mendez Riggan; his children, Jill (Jeff Frank), Terence Riggan (Darla) and Grace (Henri Baudou); his grandchildren, Ali, Peter Frank, Ariel and Tristan Riggan; and his brothers, Randy Riggan, Tommy Riggan (Bonnie) and Ray Riggan (Rene).
