She was predeceased by: her parents, Irwen Penny and Ina Lea Penny; and her siblings, Tiger, Betty and Brenda.
She is survived by: her son Raymond Puryear (Annette); her grandchildren, Sheldon Puryear (Arden) and Amanda Wise (Braxton); and her great grandchildren, Preston Puryear and Addison Wise.
