He is survived by: his children, Larry Scroggs of Spearman, Delinda Piatt of Portsmouth, RI. and Kimberly Rex of Spearman; and his siblings, James Scroggs of Spearman, Mary Beth Harper of Spearman, Coleen Neal of Lebonan, Zada Cooper of Decator, TX., Peggy Mitchell of Mansfield, TX. and Sharon Johnson of Spearman. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
Family suggests memorials be to Hansford Manor, 707 Roland, Spearman, Texas 79081 and the American Cancer Society.
