She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Dean Lackey and Janyth Bowers (Charles) of Pampa; her grandson Chandler Bowers (Jenna); her children, Anleigh, Hadleigh of Pampa, Chance Bowers (Erica), Maddox, Bristol, Cayler of White Deer, Collin Bowers (Lacee), Casen and Crue of Spearman; her granddaughter Morgan Lackey of Stillwater; her daughter-in-law Linda Lackey Ray (Chris Ray); her daughter Addison of Amarillo; her brothers, Lloyd Putman of Casper and Bill Putman (Velma) of Denver; and her cousin Wilma Moore of St. Charles.
