It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Manuel Martinez of Spearman, Texas, born in Slaton, Texas, who passed away on June 15, 2023, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan O. Martinez and Soledad Ramirez Martinez; and his brothers, Roman Sr. and Juan Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Melody Martinez; his daughter Kayla Kimbro; his son-in-law Michael Patten of Mustang, OK; his children, Joe Martinez Jr. (Hannah) of Spearman, TX, Josh Martinez (Cassie) of Spearman, TX and Karissa Martinez of Spearman, TX; his siblings, Isaias Martinez, Andrew Martinez, Ruben Martinez, Daniel Martinez, Jeremiah Martinez, Albert Ramirez, Rebecca Caballero, Raquel Pinedo, Belinda Ramirez, Benita Flores, Martha Carrasco and Anna Navarette; and his grandchildren, Braxton Martinez, Lincoln Martinez, Jasper Martinez, Wyatt Martinez, Drew Martinez and Macklyn Martinez. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
