He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Wayne Costner Sr.; and his brother Jason Costner. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Ann Devaney Costner of Fairmount, Indiana.; his wife Annette; his children, Alexandria Costner of Spearman, Samantha Costner of Fairmount, Cydrey Costner of Fairmount, Justin Bruegge of Michigan and Jordan Costner of Fairmount Indiana; and his sister Andrea Renee Lutz of Fairmount. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
