He is survived by: his father Jeffrey Piatt of Rhode Island; his wife Michelle Piatt; his daughters, Corabella of Spearman, Abigail of Spearman, Delilah of Spearman and Maddison Piatt of Spearman; his siblings, Jake Leicht (Chelsea) of Spearman, TX. and Crissy Luther of Amarillo; and his nephews, Kash and Konner. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
