He is survived by: his wife Bernice Burch; his daughters, Rachel O'Quin (Shan) of Perryton and Randi Rice (Ronnie) of Edmond, Oklahoma.; his grandchildren, Allison Hangvilay (Randy) of Edmond, Jonathan, Michael Delozier of Edmond and Georgia O'Quin of Perryton; his siblings, Jan Ellsworth of Spearman, JoLynn Griffin (J. L.) of Sheridan and Kelly Burch (Margarita) of Happy; his great-aunt Gretchen; his uncle Bob Baker of Fremont; and his friends, Rob Shields and Denver Carter.
