She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Fullbright and Myrtle Fullbright; her husband Carl C. Scroggs; her daughters, Arleta and Anna Margaret Kinser; her siblings, Edith Pipkin, Ethel Depew, Reba Banks and Orville Fullbright; and her former husband Edward Owens.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donetta Greene (Jimmy) of Spearman, Marcena Hutson (John) of Coweta and Noveta Leming (Curt) of Poteau, OK; her son-in-law Ollie Kinser of Liberal; and her brother Wilbur Fullbright (Loraine) of Lychburg, VA.. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, 10 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews as well as many friends.
