She was predeceased by: her parents, James Henry and Dorothy Louise Ballard; her husband Skeeter; her son-in-law Steve Shields; and her brothers-in-law, Jake Kiser, Harley Kiser and LeeRoyce Whitecotton.
She is survived by: her children, LuAnn Shields of Pringle, Texas and Jerry Don "Charlie" Kiser (Nanelle) of Dumas, Texas; her granddaughters, Jenna Beth Kiser of Gruver, Tabatha Jones (Matt) of Bowie, Josie Holt (Brad) of Gruver and Tara Ellis (Kristopher) of Livingston, Texas; her great grandchildren, Baker Jones, Bailor Holt, Bowen Ellis, Merritt Holt, Benton Jones and Brooks Ellis; and her sister Edna Lou Whitecotton of Tyler, Texas. She is also survived by friends, and neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in honor of Donna to the Moore County Senior Citizens Center, 701 6th Street, Dumas, Texas.
