He is survived by: his mother Simona Rodriguez Guerrero of Mexico; and his daughters, Angelica Maria Gutierrez (Victor Alfonso Mendoza) of Spearman, Patricia Gutierrez (Jose Guadalupe Sanchez) of Austin and Maria Guadalupe Gutierrez (Juan Manuel Quezada) of Perryton, TX.. He is also survived by many brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces and grandchildren.
