She was predeceased by: her parents, Welby Carlock and Eva Dodson Carlock; her husband Thomas Henry Seltzer, Jr. of Dallas; and her brother J. B. Carlock. She is survived by: her sons, Robert (Lisamarie) of Gilbert, Arizona and David (M'Liss) of Southlake, Texas; her grandchildren, Ryan, Savannah and Lauren; her nephews, Ron and Kyle Carlock; and her grandson Hutton Seltzer.
Memorials may be given to Baylor University toward the Welby and Eva Dodson Carlock/Louise Herrington School of Nursing Endowed Scholarship.
