She is survived by: her son Greg Wortman (Mary Dudley); her niece Valerie Brunson (Bobby); her nephews, Michael (Lisa) and Rusty Blackburn; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Pat Blackburn, Jason Brunson (Melissa), Autumne Hart (Michael) and Jenny Rambin (Jeff).
