He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jeanette and Jim. He is survived by: his children, Michael (Brandy) and Lori (Craig); his grandchildren, Madison, Hannah, Morgan, Riley, Cody and Cailyn; and his sister Elaine. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
