She is survived by: her husband Joseph Culley Barnes; her grandson John Culley Hall MD (Ellie Hall); her great grandchildren, Tyler William of Southlake and Lauren Olivia of Southlake; her granddaughter Amanda Jane Hall Head (Gabriel Head); her great grandchildren, John Hudson of San Antonio and Molly Jane of San Antonio; and her nephew Tom Brison (Cindy) of Omaha.
