She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Warren Kwasigroh and Frances Kwasigroh; her children, Shelley Perdue-Roach (John) and Sean Mohn (Summer); her grandchildren, Ryan, Dylan, Kennedy and Brooklyn; her siblings, Peggy Evans (Mike) and Jerry Kwasigroh (Jackie); and her husband Richard Mohn of Peoria, Illinois.. She was also cherished by numerous cousins, nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in memory of Lynn K. Mohn to the Humane Society of North Texas or the American Cancer Society.
