He is survived by: his wife Jan Maykus; his children, Eason Maykus (Lacey), Sasha Maykus and Sierra Maykus (Brandon Dornak); his grandchildren, Cambria, Kingsley, Witt and Livi; his mother JoAnn Maykus; his mother-in-law Hallie Atwood Williams; and his sisters, Stephanie Lagow (Dennis Lagow) and Rene Crow.
