He is survived by: his wife Sharon Huntley Small of Southlake; his children, Kevin Small (Cassie) of Los Angeles and Alisha LeBrun (David) of Southlake; his brother Kenneth Small of Wichita Falls; his grandchildren, Summer, Logan and Hayden; and also, Susan Mayes and Mike Small.
