He is survived by: his parents, Keith Dunn and Margaret Dunn (Moore); his sister Ashton; and his grandparents, Elizabeth Moore (Duran) of Henderson, TX and Jerry Dunn of Pinehurst, NC.. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

The family has asked that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in lieu of flowers.
