He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Russel Lucius and Josie Lovett Lucius; his daughter Valerie Jo Lucius Lambert; and his sister Rebecca Lucius Jones. He is survived by: his wife Recenah; his children, Nelson Lucius, Victoria Lucius and Steve Lambert; his grandchildren, Chandler Lucius, Brittany Lucius, Olivia Kern and Jeff Kern; and his great grandchild Emily Kern. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
