He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his sons, Billy Austin (Diana) and Travis Austin (Tee); his siblings-in-law, Earl Garrison (Karen), Keith Garrison (Mona), Debi and Barbara Garrison; his grandchildren, Dalton, Alexis, Salma, Mateo, Landree of Layla, CJ, Lauren, Chris, Justin, Philipe and Carlos; his sister Judy Welch; and his uncle Ed Rodgers (Bonnie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
