He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kenneth Lewis and Marie Lewis (Caponera); his daughters, Angela Marie and Sara Eileen; his wife Janet; his daughter Angela Rogers (Jonathan) of Dallas; his grandson Jackson Lewis Rogers; and his sister Lynnette Lewis of Colorado Springs, Colorado.
