He is survived by: his wife Esther Belke Jollett; his sister Jean Ann Marks; his children, Saundra Jollett Tewes of Clemmons, NC and Lewis Dale Jollett (Carol) of Alamogordo, NM; his grandchildren, Brad Tewes, Kevin Tewes, Michelle Jollett, Melanie Jollett, Erin Jollett Beckett and Andrew Jollett; and his great grandchildren, Avy Tewes, Lia Tewes, Olivia Tewes and Pierson Tewes. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
