He is survived by: his wife Debra Sampson (Millard); his children, Kari Rahm (Mark), Kristen Paurus (Justin), Joelle Berns (Nathan), Jamie Butler (Matthew), Stacy McMeins (Philip) and Jesse Sampson; his grandchildren, Kendal, Chase, Avery, Zoey, Clara, Ethan and Emilia; and his siblings, Faye Sampson, Larry Sampson (Marlys), Keith Sampson (Linda) and Nancy Fouts (Jeff).
