He is survived by: his mother Evangelina Murillo; his siblings, Philip Murillo Jr (Irma), Josephine Richey (Jose), Rita Shaia (William), Henry Murillo (Veronica), Anthony Murillo and Miguel Fonseca Sr.; his wife Cynthia; and also, Teresa Murillo, Linda Reyes (Israel) and Evamarie Murillo (Andrew). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
