He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Ybarra Hernandez (Anthony Hernandez); his siblings, Israel Ybarra, Isaac Ybarra, Irene Ybarra, Ignacio Ybarra Jr., Joe Ybarra and Jesse Ybarra; his grandson Emilio Tovar Jr. (Savannah Alise); and his great grandchildren, Emilio Tovar III and Scarlett Alise Tovar. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
