He was predeceased by: his wife Elisa Lara Arispe; and his son Alonzo Arispe. He is survived by: his children, Josie Pantoja (Roger Sr.), Joe Jr. (Flora), Jesse (Wanda), Johnny (Ruby), Mary Lou Gaona and Jerry Arispe (Rachel). He is also survived by many Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, and Great Great Grandchildren along with many numerous of nieces and nephews.
