With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Esther May Shaffer (South Houston, Texas), who passed away on December 6, 2022 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Richard Buchhorn and Doris Wells Buchhorn; her siblings, Dorothy Jones Graham, Marjorie Craig and Charles H. Buchhorn; her husband Donald Z. Shaffer; and her daughter Nora L. Gibbs Landers. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
