He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Mary Frederick Mills and R. Seal Mills; and his siblings, John Lee Mills and Sally Denise Mills. He is survived by: his siblings, Maxine Pennington of Montgomery, Evelyn Fontenot of Nome, Tommy Mills of Sour Lake, Theresa Guidry of Hemphill and Darla Floyd of Sour Lake; and his nieces and nephews, Patty Barfield, Angie Hartt, Sheri Devillier, Shannon Mills, Tracy Mills, Melissa Fisher, Stephanie Sandoval, John Paul Mills, Blaine Floyd and Laura Christopher.
