She was predeceased by: her parents, Irene Rose Coupal Warren and John LeRoy Warren; and her siblings, Pat Warren, Jim Warren and Doug Warren.

She is survived by: her husband Russell "Rusty" Howell; her sons, Wesley Howard (Carol) and Rodney Howard (Brenda); her stepdaughter Rhonda King (Barry); and her grandchildren, Doug Howard (Careen), Dustin Howard (Valerie), Jonathan Howard, Madeline Howard, Chelsea Powell and Brice Wisener. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
