He was predeceased by: his parents, James Warren "Jim" Laird and Ethel Davis Laird; and his brother Clyde Laird. He is survived by: his wife Betty Laird; his children, David Laird (Renee), Tammy Laird and Sherie Dinkins (Tony) of Sour Lake, Texas; and his siblings, Juanita Justice of Albuquerque and Hubert Laird (Valerie) of Sour Lake, Texas. He is also survived by family will live on through his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
