He was predeceased by: his parents, Rita Hernandez Ramirez and Lucio Hernandez; his sister Juana; his parents-in-law, Phillip and Eva Mae Winegeart; his sister-in-law Diane Winegeart; and his nephews, Sgt. Daniel W. Winegeart, Franklin Robinson and Jerrod Robinson.
He is survived by: his wife Eva Provost; his children, Britt and Christy Burmeister; his grandchildren, Cody, Josie and Trevor; and his siblings, Maria Elena, Maria Dolores, Ana Maria, Lucio, Jose Luis, Raul, Sergio and Joel.
