She was predeceased by: her parents, Bessie May Wright Melancon and Joseph Clarence Melancon; her stepfather Lonnie Kettl; and her brother-in-law Richard Sanders. She is survived by: her husband Reagan Daniel; her son Blake Daniel of Sour Lake; and her siblings, Danny Melancon (Vergie) of Beaumont, Donna Sanders of Beaumont, Kathy Roche (Jerry) of Beaumont and Peggy Hennessey (Mike) of Beasley.
