She was predeceased by: her parents, Isa Mae Gallien Derbonne and Paul H. Derbonne; and her brother Paul H. Derbonne, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Ron Douglas (Regina) of Huntsville, Sandy Dickerson (Daniel) of Silsbee and Vicki Treadway (Pete) of Silsbee; and her grandchildren, Josh Douglas (Carly) of Montgomery, Brandi Harvey (Travis) of Caddo Mills, Amanda Canal of Tyler, Tori Bosarge (Michael) of Irvine, California, Casey Wager of Buna, Danielle Lowe (Matthew) of Lumberton and Bret Treadway (Erika) of Beaumont. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
She volunteered with the American Cancer Society for several years, was a member of Sour Lake Woman's Club for a period of time and enjoyed substitute teaching at Sour Lake Independent School District for approximately sixteen years.
