He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesus Capuchina and Victoria Capuchina (Rivas); and his sister Antonia Vara. He is survived by: his wife Maria; his children, Juan Luis Capuchina and Mayra Janeth Capuchina; and his siblings, Beto, Jesus Capuchina, Argelia Guerrero and Armandina Gutierrez.
