He is survived by: his wife Roberta Russell James; his daughter Bree James; his grandchildren, Grace O'Connor, Liam O'Connor and Jack O'Connor; his son Scott Garrett (Donna); his grandchildren, Kristin Garrett Duncan (Koy) and Levi Garrett; and his sister Linda Wallace (Libb). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
