He was predeceased by: his former wife Virginia Brisbin; his daughter Kathleen "Kathy" Brisbin; his brother Ronnie Brisbin; and his parents, Leo Brisbin and Lena Brisbin.
He is survived by: his wife Brigitte Rogers of Sonora, Texas; his children, Phyllis Brisbin of Pecos, Cheryl "Cherry" Knobloch (Kurt) of Chesapeake, Virginia and Doraine "Dorry" Batchelder (Terry) of Carlsbad; his stepchildren, Patrick Rogers (Robin) of Dallas and Heidi Towery (Ken) of McKinney, Texas; his grandchildren, Jene, Meagan, James, Tyler, Benjamin and Catherine; his great grandchild Theo; and his nephews, Steven and Kevin.
Viewing was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM and on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM at the Love Funeral Home (409 SE 2nd St, Sonora, TX 76950). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Ann's Catholic Church (311 W Plum St, Sonora, TX 76950). A burial was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at the Sonora Cemetery (516 N Service Rd, Sonora, TX 76950).
