She was predeceased by: her mother Gertrude Alexander; her brother Gregory Alexander; and her former husband Howard "Sonny" Becknell. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Harrison; her daughters, Stacey (Brandon Asbill) of Mason, Marjorie (Paul Maloney) of Houston and Wendy (Rick Goyen) of Plano; her grandchildren, Cameron, Sterling, Shaylyn, Cayson Asbill, Taylor, Abigail and Logan Maloney; her sister Beth (Bobby Bedair) of Splendora; her niece Elizabeth; her nephew Bobby Jack Bedair; her stepdaughters, Kimberly Bundy, Brandi Ellis and Margo Becknell; and her friend Jimmie Sue Griffith.
In lieu of flowers, the family has established the Rebecca L. Harrison Memorial Trust, which will provide scholarships and continuing education support to nurses and medical professionals from the Sonora area.
