He is survived by: his children, Tessie Schaefer of Louisiana, David Andrew Locke (April) of San Angelo and Brittany Locke (Donavon Cantu) of San Angelo; and his siblings, Gilbert Locke (Kathy) of Goldthwaite, Lucinda Pickens of Brownwood, Mike Locke (Peggy) of Brownwood and Libby Hobbs (Clarence) of Brownwood. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
