With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Lucille Sowell of Somerville, Texas, born in Pontotoc, Mississippi, who passed away on November 9, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Merton Pipkin and Grace Pipkin. She is survived by: her children, Lisa G. Oliver, Walter L. Sowell Jr. and Vicki L. King; and her godson Tommy Robinson. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and numerous friends.
