He is survived by: his siblings, Juan Alvarado and Mary Martinez; and his children, Lisa McCoy (Barry), Simon Alvarado, Jr. (Sandra) and Victoria Alvarado. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
