He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Herman Hoffman and Effie May Chapman Hoffman; his wife Patricia Nelson Hofman; and his siblings, Fredrick Hoffman, Herman J. Hoffman, Kenneth D. Hoffman (Ora Lee), Katheryne Fialka (Arnold) and Helen Ruth Baxter.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Wells (Corkey) of Temple, Pattie Ayers (Steve) of San Antonio, Debbie McQueen (Doug) of Somerset, Janet Chandler (Mike) of Moody and Sharon Hoffman of Somerset; his brother Glenn F. Hoffman (Lillian); and his siblings-in-law, Joyce Hoffman and David Baxter. He is also survived by Eleven Grandchildren; Ten Great-Grandchildren; numerous Niece's and Nephew's and life long friends.
