With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia (Craighead) Bloom (Snyder, Texas), born in Carbon, Texas, who passed away on January 15, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, LeRoy Craighead and Nell Craighead (O'Neal Bloom); her spouse O'Neal Bloom; her brother Roy Elton Craighead; her son James Lewis Bloom; and her daughters-in-law, Kelly Bloom (Tolbert) and Tisha Bloom (Morrell).
She is survived by: her brother Clifton Lee Craighead of Olden, TX; her sons, Jerry Bloom of Colorado City, TX and John Bloom of Snyder, TX; her grandchildren, Tanner Bloom (Jessica) of Wilson, TX, Remington Bloom of Lubbock, TX and Samantha Gregory (Josh) of Wolforth, TX; and her great grandchildren, Rainey Jo Bloom and Reese Kamryn Gregory.
The family ask that memorials be made to The Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center, 4801.
