He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Billingsley (Hack) and Stella Lay Billingsley. He is survived by: his wife Fretta Harmon Billingsley; his children, Rickey Billingsley (Cindy), Randy Billingsley (Judy), Kim Billingsley (Donna) and Jane Ann Berta (John); and his grandchildren, Karrie Standefer (Sean), Kraig (Shelley), Kallie Billingsley, Rachel Gryder (Matt), Jason (Sunny), Zach Billingsley (Krista), Kaden Billingsley, Kyler (Talyn), Jacy Farrell (Aran) and Jonathan Berta. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
