He is survived by: his children, Roy Max Bennett Jr. (Christine) of Snyder, TX, Donald Bennett (Shannonn) of Temple, TX and Tonya Hyer (Jeremy) of Rotan, TX; and his close friend Chrissy. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren; 19 Great-Grandchildren; 2 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
